Fluffy apple muffins



Today I am baking fluffy apple muffins. Let's say that your friends are coming over for coffee and you would also like to offer them something sweet (also for yourself, if you have a sweet tooth). Try making these muffins. Trust me - your friends will not know what hit them.

Potrebujemo (sestavine):

  • 75 gramov masla
  • 100 gramov slakorja v prahu
  • 225 gramov navadne bele moke, v katero vmešamo ščepec soli, ter 3 čajne žličke pecilnega praha
  • 225 mililitrov pinjenca ali kefirja (v Šparu sem kupila pinjenec od Pomurskih mlekarn, Kefir se pa dobi malodane povsod)
  • 100 gramov (jaz dam več) jabolk, ki jih predhodno olupimo, izkoščičimo, narežemo na majhne koščke, ter posujemo z ingverjem v prahu (jaz bom danes uporabila cimet, za spremembo)


Priprava:

  • Pečico segrejemo na 200 stopinj; v skledo položimo maslo, in pustimo, da se zmehča. Nato dodamo sladkor v prahu in zopet premešamo. V nastalo maso damo še moko (ter sol in pecilni prah) in kefir/pinjenec. Na koncu primešamo še koščke jabolk, in vse skupaj damo v modelčke za muffine. Še prej modelčke obložimo s papirjem za peko (glej sliko). Konec. Fine. Ende. The End. Vege.
  • Po želji muffine okrasite in pečete približno 25 minut. Da so pečeni veste, če v muffin potisnete konico noža, in je ta suha, ko jo potegnete ven.

I have only used one apple, normally I use two. In one of the apples I found a worm. When something like this occurs, there is nothing much that you can do. Befriend the worm, call it Larry or Button, and update your facebook friends about its life.

PS Using cinnamon turned out to be a marvelous idea. In my opinion, muffins taste even better than with ginger but it is a matter of taste, I'd say.
