Maslo in sladkor penasto vmešamo ter dodamo jajce in moko, ki smo jo že pred tem zmešali s pecilnim praškom. Iz zmesi oblikujemo majhne kroglice, jih povaljamo v preostanku orehov ali lešnikov, in jih položimo na pekač, ki smo ga pred tem prekrili s papirjem za peko. Kroglice rahlo pritisnemo, da se malce sploščijo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Nato dodamo sladkor v prahu in zopet premešamo. V nastalo maso damo še moko (ter sol in pecilni prah) in kefir/pinjenec. Na koncu primešamo še koščke jabolk, in vse skupaj damo v modelčke za muffine. Še prej modelčke obložimo s papirjem za peko (glej sliko). Konec. Fine. Ende. The End. Mešajte (jaz sem zopet uporabila kar roke, če želite pa lahko mešate z žlico), dokler ne dobite puhaste mase. Vmešajte izbrano sadje (tudi tukaj sem povečala količino jagod), ter vse skupaj vlijte v pekač.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pečite &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;40 minut&lt;/span&gt;, in nato preverite, če je pečeno.
